Design Notes

The Sequence of the sRNA must match exactly the target sequence for silencing. Therefore we needed to sequence the available Chloramphenicol cassette to design our sRNA. If users Chloramphenicol cassette has any point mutations, silent or otherwise, silencing may not occur.
